Present your research at the Ubiquitin Conference and Workshop 2010 and take the opportunity to showcase your results to hundreds of ubiquitin leaders from the top Academia, Biotechnology, Government and Pharmaceutical institutions!
To ensure that the conference presents the latest developments in ubiquitin research, 30% of the talks will be selected from submitted abstracts.
All posters abstract submission will be considered for presentation either in the Ubiquitin Conference or Ubiquitin Workshop. For further questions, please contact Sam Goh at info@ubiquitinconference.com.
You can submit your abstract in the 3 simple Go-Enter-Click steps below:
1. Go to http://www.ubiquitinconference.com/ and click on Register NOW!
2. Enter your email address and fill in your personal information on our Regonline Portal.
3. Click on Abstract Submission and upload your abstract.
Be sure to complete registration in order for your posters to be correctly submitted.
The deadline for poster abstract submission is July 23rd, 2010.
The poster abstract will be submitted for review by the Organizing Committee and results of successful poster submission will be released in the first week of August 2010.
Travel Scholarship
Thanks to the generous contributions of our sponsors, several travel awards will be awarded to faculty, young scientists and students.
To be considered for a travel award:
1. Submit a poster abstract online before the deadline.
2. Name the file as Scholarship_[Title of Abstract]_[First Name]_[Last Name].
3. Refer to Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines for further guidelines to submitting your poster.
Deadline for poster abstract submission is July 23rd, 2010.
The scholarship committee will announce the award decisions in the first week of August.
Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines
To be eligible for a review of your abstract by the Program Committee:
1. We must receive a copy of your poster abstract by July 23, 2010.
2. Your abstract should be purely scientific in content and be relevant to the conference topic.
3. Your abstract should be one-page long with a distinguishable title, author(s) and the respective affiliations.
4. Please omit images, tables and scientific characters/symbols from the poster abstract, but feel free to use them for your actual poster presentations.
5. Your poster should be saved as [Title of Abstract]_[First Name]_[Last Name].
All submitted abstracts are subject to review and approval of our Program Committee. The decisions made by the Program Committee are final.
Onsite Poster Guidelines
1. The given dimensions for the poster are 46 inches wide by 44 inches high.
2. The presenter is solely responsible for the transportation, setting up and removal of the poster. There are no printing facilities available onsite for this event and the presenter is encouraged to bring a small box of pushpins in case of a short supply of pushpins. At the end of the poster session, VLI will not be responsible for the posters.
3. VLI has no obligation to allocate specific time slots for the poster presentations. The poster sessions area is opened to the attendees throughout the exhibit hours.
